Order edits & Cancellations
Once an order is in our system, it cannot be edited, and we cannot usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started. Therefore, it is important to let us know as early as possible.

Damaged or Defective item
Our team always does our absolute best to provide exceptional service, but some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this happen every once in a while. If this occurs, please email us at info@drinkprimevital.com with proof, such as a photo or, preferably, a video of the defective product. We will immediately issue a replacement.
Emails regarding a defective product must be sent within 3-5 days of the product's delivery.
